NetLoon

Terms of use

The calculators are informational. The result is an estimate of your payslip, not the payslip itself, and must not be used for official or tax decisions.

Purpose of this website

NetLoon offers an informational calculator that estimates net pay in the Netherlands from a gross salary. It is a general information tool, not personal, financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not create any advisory relationship between you and the operator. By using the website you accept the terms set out here.

Figures without a signature

The rates, thresholds and amounts the website uses are those in force for 2026, taken from named primary sources. Two limits go with that: if a rule changed recently it may not be reflected here yet, and nobody has signed the figures off. They are therefore not official figures and must not be used for official, tax or financial decisions — for a binding amount, the cited source or the Belastingdienst governs.

No guarantee and no liability

We build this tool with care and draw its figures from primary Dutch sources such as the Belastingdienst and Rijksoverheid, but we cannot guarantee that every result is complete, current or free of error — tax rules change and individual situations vary. The calculator deliberately models the standard case only (employment income below the state-pension age, one employer applying the payroll tax credit) and omits, among other things, pension-scheme premiums, the AOW-age brackets and the 30% ruling. No rights can be derived from the results, and, to the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from their use. For a binding calculation, rely on your payslip, the Belastingdienst or a qualified adviser.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The design, text and code of this website are protected and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You may use the calculator for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to disrupt the website, not to attempt to access it other than through its normal interface, and not to use it in any unlawful way. Where the site links to external sources, we are not responsible for the content of those third-party sites.

Privacy, changes and contact

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy. We may update these terms as the website develops — for example if advertising is ever added — and the current version always applies. The final terms will be published before the official launch. For any question, see the contact page. Dutch law applies, in so far as mandatory consumer-protection rules do not provide otherwise.
